Door to door:

-Malkagiri, the most populated constituency in Telangana is 35 lakhs
-Each constituency to be divided into 10x10=100 cells, to cover in 10 days over 10 sessions / day, with each cell having 20 members, taking the direct outreach to 2000
-With each such nodal doing similar ground level contact, the total reached would be 40 lakhs
-A week extra for each invididual would cover for any gaps
-Each session to seek maximum participation, via 1st come 1st format to cover largest number of indviduals (thus relaying portal and social media channels)
(interacting with 20 at one go if complicated, then the group size can be as low as 10, but then there would have to be 13 day campaign, each day having 13 sessions, to then connect directly with 1690 and indirectly with 29 lakhs approx)

Queries:
-Why would each of the 1690 go to convince 1690 from their side?
-How would the last 130 (spoken to on the 13th day) cover 1690 given they would have lessser time
-Should the direct contact be at one go with all the 1690, some onsite, some online?
-What partnership model can attract the 1690 lead solders to in turn convince 1690 each? Their main issue of the locality? They would be leader of that cell? Cell leadership to these individuals? Governance format: all resources would be via these individuals. Campaigning for power to mean also sharing power. There is no money to work with in any case. System supports MP with some funding (one project of INR 5 crores per year!). But the main attraction would be 1 MP = 1690 mMPs. All working in their respective areas.

-Each invite for a sessoin must indicate:
.time, date, venue
.URL of available av material to enage and convince people (with the request for all to see and attend in an informed manner)
.URL of av material created by the nodal (of the cell, sub cell) linking AGAJA policy to local situation

-Each session to have following timeline (numbers prefixed indicate time in minutes):
5 welcome message
